What is SpeedShareWeb used for?
SpeedShareWeb is meant for practical file movement between nearby devices. A common setup is an Android phone and a Windows, macOS or Linux computer connected to the same home, office or hotspot network. Instead of pairing devices over Bluetooth or installing matching applications on every computer, the Android device exposes a local web interface. You then use the computer's browser to upload, download or organize files.
This makes it particularly useful for moving photos, videos, APK files, documents, exported archives, or folders between a phone and a computer. Because the workflow is browser-based on the other device, it is also convenient when you are temporarily using a machine on which you do not want to install an additional desktop program.
